This was an absolutely fabulous night. Brook and Danette did a wonderful job teaching us all how to grill. The food was so delicious and we all came away with so many ideas and tips. I'm sure we all can't wait to try some of these ideas out. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it. Just to name a few of the things we tried....grilled hamburger, teriyaki chicken, mayonnaise/parmesan cheese corn, grilled vegetables, and my favorite the brown sugar covered pineapple...YUMMY!
We definitely have a lot of women with green thumbs in our ward and there were vegetables to prove it! Jamie and I were thrilled to take home some of these goodies as were so many others. We were all impressed by Sara's gardening advice and I seriously can't wait to start planting a few seedlings this coming spring.
Thanks to Rosemarie and Patti for hosting our Relief Society Activity in their backyard. It was Beautiful! It was so great to talk and come home feeling well fed with food, information, and good friendships.
Last but not least was all of the used decorations and clothing that was provided. There were so many things to choose from and it was fun to see so many of these things finding new homes. If you missed out of this activity you will have to mark your calendars for the next! We really do have the best Relief Society out there!:) Thanks for everyone who planned and helped with this activity!
